TopStore is accessible to users across the European Union; however, we have not yet launched any region-specific campaigns, localized services, or dedicated investments in human resources within EU member states. As a result, we currently do not possess detailed statistical data specific to the average monthly active recipients in the EU.

In line with our obligations under Article 24(2) of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), we are committed to monitoring and updating this information responsibly. The current state of platform usage does not indicate the scale of activity that would qualify TopStore as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) under the DSA framework. Nevertheless, we remain vigilant and prepared to respond should user growth trends change.

Methodology and Disclaimer

• The estimated number of EU monthly active recipients is based on internal analytics, which include traffic origin data, regional usage indicators, and available device metadata. While we consider this a valid estimate, it is not an official representation of exact user counts and is subject to revision.
• This estimation involves human judgment, and may include assumptions where granular data is unavailable. It is also subject to variance due to data sampling limitations, anonymous usage, VPN masking, and dynamic IP routing.
• We may revise this figure if further clarification is issued by the European Commission regarding standardized calculation methodologies for AMAU under the DSA.
